    Abstract:

    The continuing improvements to high-throughput sequencing have begun to unfold a lots of new applications. DNA sequencing technology has played important roles in biological research. Correct structure error of genome sequencing remains an important problem. We develop the method to detect and correct structure error use of insert size information of mate-pair.
